These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rewatch Stream regarding your use of our cloud-based TikTok recording platform.
2. Service
Rewatch Stream provides cloud-based automated recording specifically for TikTok Live broadcasts. We act as a technical intermediary to help users archive their favorite content.
3. User Content & License
IP ownership of all recorded content remains with the original creator or the user, as per TikTok's own licensing agreements.
4. CONTENT VISIBILITY
"Be aware that recordings made through Rewatch Stream may be publicly visible depending on your account settings."
5. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Rewatch Stream. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.
7. Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to record and store the content they select. Rewatch Stream does not claim ownership of recorded media but expects users to respect global copyright laws.
8. Prohibited Activities

10. Third-Party Platforms
Rewatch Stream is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bytedance or TikTok. Use of our service requires compliance with TikTok's own Terms of Service. Any violation of TikTok's terms via our platform is the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Content Removal & DMCA: We comply with legitimate DMCA takedown requests.
11. Service Tiers & Payments

Free vs Premium subscription tiers available.
RENEWAL
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by the user.
REFUNDS
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Rewatch Stream for any reason, including violation of these terms.
14. Liability
Rewatch Stream is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost data, TikTok account bans, or service interruptions.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled in Danish courts.
